On the way we deal with vehicle maintenance, insurance, accident management and fuel management. In addition, we deal with all the driver's day-to-day problems including health and safety and driver training.

Our ContractManager™ fleet software forms another area of our business where we provide software, support and training to transport managers.

We also provide a wide variety of car benefit schemes for companies, NHS Trusts, trade unions, affinity groups and the general public we currently have over one million members with access to these schemes.

We provide discounted new, nearly new and used cars. We arrange cash purchase or a variety of low rate funding including hire purchase, contract hire, lease purchase and personal contract purchase.

In short we supply a 'one stop shop' for every motoring requirement any organisation may have. The benefits for our clients are a much wider selection of cars, methods of funding and related services in one package.


Knowles Associates have enjoyed a significant growth in business year on year.Our head office is the converted Red Lion Inn, overlooking Great Bentley green.

We are now one of the largest independent car fleet management companies in the UK providing specialist services to over 135 NHS Trusts, Health Authorities, Local Authorities and membership groups throughout mainland UK.

We are recognised as one of the leading management companies in our field and are one of a very limited number of approved suppliers to the NHS for whom the value of vehicles supplied is around £118 million.
