Our philosophy on vehicle insurance is quite simple; we aim to provide the maximum protection and flexibility whilst reducing premiums through effective claims management and cost control.

We are the only management company that actively manages claims and interrogates claims costs.   Accurate claims data and early closure of files will ensure an accurate claims history.  We regularly progress outstanding provisions and renegotiate their value; this is important when renegotiating insurance premiums.  We have in place a variety of long term agreements and funding options; we also have a panel of brokers with access to a wide insurance market. 

We have a vested interest in reducing accident costs and reducing downtime because insurance premiums will reduce.  We will provide a free relief vehicle for the full duration of any accident repair and we provide a full claims handling service in house. 

We provide a 24 hr helpline and we have an online accident reporting system for drivers.  Because we hold all the details of the drivers and their vehicles we need very little additional information to process claims.
